Analyse, review and prepare street & services permits for construction and other activities within the HRM right of way. This includes HRM and utility capital projects, sewer, water, natural gas laterals and mains, driveway accesses, overhead banners, film shoots, newspaper boxes and over loads;
Analyse, review and prepare utility permits for all utility infrastructures within the HRM right of way. This includes water mains, natural gas pipelines, underground power and telecommunications conduit structures and wiring, power and telecommunications poles, overhead wiring, structures and anchors;
