Designation / Position: Hybrid Mobile Application Developer
About the Company : Headquartered in Mumbai, India, It was incorporated in 2007, and started out as rendering consultancy services in the finance, transactional processing & software development spaces. Fintech start-up with a focus on providing powerful tech enabled services which are redefining the way financial services are traditionally rendered. This Fintech arm will focus on full time delivery of tech enabled financial services and will be supported by a dedicated team specializing in cutting-edge Fintech products.
/ Duties & Responsibilities / Skills:
The position you are being considered for is that of a Mobile App. Expert, where you willperform the pivotal task of being the main architect of all our mobile based solutions and willreport to the technology team lead. You will be the key person responsible with respect tomobile software technology and will work closely with our developers in creating mobilefriendly versions of our software products.
Skills:
Hybrid mobile development is a strategy that takes the best capabilities of mobile phonesand combines it with the rapid development and deployment of web based applicationsthrough mobile frameworks that bridge or emulate web languages on mobile operatingsystems. A mobile hybrid developer will have experience with mobile user interfaces via anative development environment and also with hybrid development environments. Idealcandidate has production experience using hybrid mobile development platforms suchas React Native).
Experience developing hybrid mobile applications, with Ionic, Angular, CSS, HTML 5,JavaScript and other broadly used Web development technologies.
Delivered hybrid mobile applications that work on both Android and IOS using these technologies
Extensive knowledge of mobile APIs and UI standard. Should have extensively workedwith public RESTful interfaces and can describe the tenets of REST, compare REST toSOAP, and describe REST best practices
Has web client-side experience JavaScript, MVVM/MVC Framework (Angular,Knockout, etc.), CSS and HTML
Experience developing native mobile applications (Android with Java, IOS withObjective-C) is a plus
Experience with one or more server-side stacks (.NET, Node.js, Python, Java, PHP etc.)is a plus
Ideal candidate has worked on projects with Continuous Integration (CI) / ContinuousDeployments (CD) tools
:
1 Get/design specifications/wire frames/ mockups and translate them into scalable, highperformance, robust mobile applications.
2 Responsible to write and maintain clean, well-written code, as per industry bestpractices. Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Javacode
3 Participate in the entire application life cycle, focusing on coding, troubleshooting anddebugging (client side, server side, database). Identify and correct bottlenecks and fixbugs
4 Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
5 Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
6 Comfortable with daily standup with clients, update daily work progress via ProjectManagement systems, voice/video calls, online collaboration using screen-sharingtools
7 Open to learning related technologies and expected to work on any of the projectswith core java development, web application development.
8 Function in a dynamic start-up environment as we experiment with new products andimprovements
