Job Description
The role involves the delivery of software projects, operational planning & improvement
and technology adoption initiatives across various Industry verticals and
geographies in Digital and Business Applications.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the operational and service excellence of the application development and delivery.
2. Actively contribute to pre-sales, implementations, and delivery of medium to large projects with high
complexity.
3. Ensure high quality deliverables, handle complicated escalations, and ensure highest customer
experience.
4. Ensure high levels of collaboration between cross functional teams, project managers and business
functions.
5. Establish governance frameworks, implement right methodologies, and best practices that enable
seamless delivery process.
6. Drive innovation at all levels, provide guidance, promote continuous learning & improvement and nurture
talent.
7. Enable healthy and positive work environment through promoting a psychologically safe work
environment, Intertecs values driven culture and aligning to the organizations goals
8. Complete Accountability and Ownership of all the delivery functions through a healthy P&L and smooth
functioning
9. Actively participate in devising future growth strategies and drive initiatives from the Executive Director
10. Manage the contractual agreement with the customer/ vendors and risk.
Mandatory Technical skills:
Project Management
Experience in full stack development environments.
Experience working in latest programming languages.
Experience in Microservices and DevOps.
Drive Change Management
