Job Description

Identify customers behaviours and needs through research and analysis
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Analyse, understand and share learnings from experimentation to build a strong knowledge base of the product
Take full ownership of the product or project the prioritisation of new features and enhancements to existing features
Experience ideally as a Scrum Master
Excellent project management across all aspects of the development lifecycle.
Excellent analytical, technical skills and thorough knowledge in database design
Must have a firm understanding of the business domain and the varying needs of different types of users
Passionate about product development and constantly looking for ways to improve it
Ability to work in a challenging and fast paced environment, leveraging current knowledge, strong problem solving skills
The candidate must be able to lead a team, yet have the confidence to work and solve problems individually
Empower and collaborate with your team to unlock their full potential
Team player, able to work closely with peers to reach common goals

Experience:

Minimum 7+ years of working experience
Excellent communication skills & Presentation Skills
