SAP BODS Consultant @ Larsen & Toubro

Job Description

Experience in SAP BODS Designing ETL jobs to extract, cleanse, validate and transform data from SAP and non-SAP data sources Experience in creating and executing load programs to load data into SAP from Data Services/SAP using IDoc, BAPI, LSMW & custom ABAP program load methods Experience in Data Quality module of Data Services including cleansing, matching & de-duplication of data Developing data quality routines with real-time trigger-based alerts for data analysis utilizing SAP BODS Real Time jobs, SAP Data Quality Management and SAP Simple Mail Transfer Protocol Design, develop, test and support ETL/ELT solutions including modeling data warehouse metadata and automating data loading processes in line with architectural standards and best practices Follow migration process to move ETL objects from development to test and production environments Gather and translate business requirements into analytical applications Hands on development within native HANA EDW ecosystem (HANA Modeling, BODS Development, SQL scripting) Experience in BODS performance tuning techniques using parallel processing (Degree of Parallelism), Multithreading, Partitioning, and Database Throughputs to improve job performance Experience in BODS Designer Components- Projects, Jobs, Workflow, Data Flow, Scripts, Data Stores and Formats. Knowledge on Data Quality Transformation. Experience in Data Services Management Console for Monitoring, Execution and Scheduling BODS jobs Extraction, Transformation and Load (ETL) tools: Python Redwood Software for scheduling & management Good team player, flexible to work in weekend shifts
