Job Description

Attending inbound travel related queries & converting sale for Flight Reservation through calls
-Make professional, correct, cost effective travel arrangements for clients while providing exceptional Customer Service.
-Offering hotel accommodation, travel insurance and other travel related services as a up selling suggestion
-Ability to understand/ comprehend the customers requirements and respond tactically.
