Job Description

Responsibility
Responsible to plan and schedule projects timelines with the clients.
Responsible for timely delivery of projects.
Responsible for responding to the clients email the same day of receipt.
Proactively communication with the clients on the status of the jobs.
Follow up for POs and Payments.
Responsible for releasing work orders into production.
Handling all incoming briefs from clients.
Delivered outstanding customer service to New.
Existing and returning customers and maintained the records of customer communication.
Worked with new customers in the development of new packaging and the implementation of new systems.
