Job Description

Our Requirement:

• A strong person who can manage the Digital marketing and show tangible results
  
• Who has experience in handling CRM software and follow up with the incoming leads and ensuring that warm leads are turned into hot leads and close the sale with the help of online sales team
  
• Social media management organic & paid
  

o Online responses (Social & Website) Conversion of hot leads & eventually closing the sale online / offline, with help of online response team
o Distributing the inbound chats to respective team members and monitor quality of interaction
o Guide sales team to make warm leads into hot leads
o Converse with hot leads over a call to understand actual requirement
o Orders received through website to be processed and ensure that money came in (coordinate with accounts) till the product gets delivered coordinate with logistics, order section etc.
o Be a bridge between online team & showroom
o Pass on video meet appointments to Showroom team and keep a tab on the results
o Development of brand awareness & online reputation
o Ensure that right merchandise in visible on website. Suggest merchandise as per analytics. TO maintain XX% which would be ready to ship
o Based on the reviews & feedback, suggest the content calendar for social media
o Work on engagement strategy along with agency
o Weekly updation of leads (in social & website) into master database (with help of CRM team)
o Ensure quality of images which are visible online
