Job Description
Responsibilities: HR activities -
Hiring Prepare job description along with stakeholder, scout talent through job portals, third party consultants, shortlist resumes as per JDs, conduct HR interview, coordinate for next round of interviews with Technical team & management, Coordinate for Background & medical checks, Onboarding new employees, Employee induction etc.
Prepare monthly employee attendance report
Prepare & Execute Employee training plan
Drive monthly HR meetings with all employees & resolve concerns by working closely with management Develop a culture of collaboration among team & make office a better place to work Employee engagement initiatives
Admin tasks
Ensure upkeep of office with the help of Office Assistant/Facility Management
Prepare flawless documentations as required by management ex. Employee joining letters, Declarations, confirmation letters, legal letters etc.
Coordination with vendors for admin & procurement of Stationary, Electrician, Travel agency, office supplies, Security, Facility Management, banks, PF office, LIC etc.
Manage hotel & travel bookings for employees
Manage pantry/tiffin /lunch/snacks/tea for employees
Handle day to day challenges in admin tasks
Occasional event management like office dinners/outings
Manage petty cash & prepare petty cash statements on monthly basis
Consolidate Employee Expense reports & Vendor invoices for 3 payment runs in a month
Prepare travel Itinerary for overseas visitors (once or twice in a year) Ad-hoc activities as per business needs
Qualifications/Requirements:
Graduate in any stream preferably B.Com or higher
4 to 8 years experience in similar profile
Good interpersonal, Communication & presentation skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas
Highly organized self-starter
Demonstrated ability to work in a highly regulated environment
Experience with MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner
Exposure to international stakeholders will be an added advantage
