Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
The role will focus on growing and maximising our sales channels through detailed marketplace analysis and positive brand representation across various social media channels.
Analytics and understanding results of actions is also a key element of the role, so a comprehensive understanding of online shopping behaviour is also essential.
Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production through the use of your products. New leads may be generated through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals.
Meet sales revenue targets.
Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
Mentor team members and teach improved processes in order to enhance staff accomplishments.
Optimise our Brand and product presentation across our entire online presence, including Keyword research and pricing strategies for the purpose of maximising sales and profitability across marketplaces.
Implement marketing campaigns and analyse performance, turning insights into actionable work, creating a workflow of steady and prioritised performance adjustments.
Generate social media awareness and be the first responder to customer comments and messages, having a proactive approach to the growth of our following, creating regular post and blog updates.
Producing regular performance reports for management and proposing new strategies to stimulate growth.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 To 5 years sales experience in business-to business sales
Have a consultative sales approach
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Good presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress
Driven and motivated
Masters degree preferred
Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% of the time
Ability to work as a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Any Degree
Leadership Characteristics:
Strong decision-making skills with regards to financial impact, regulatory and legal issues, customer retention, patient safety and quality
Ability to work and navigate in a matrixed organization
Attributes to show strength in communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Must be able to manage staff in all areas of facility (i.e. production, shipping/receiving, labelling/packaging, clean room, etc.)
Demonstrate the ability to work in a demanding environment and manage multiple project timelines simultaneously
Effective organizational and planning skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and team building skills
Must have the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Must be able to put plans on paper, lead and execute
