Job Description

Handling E-Commerce websites
Processing & dispatching orders received on daily basis.
Assisting customers and solving their queries through email/chat support/calling.
Updating information contained on the site.
Coordinate with website designing team to update any extra feature or any other requirement that can increase the sales through websites.
Tracking Payments of Orders.
Websites advertising and promotion on Social Media.
Having at least 1 year experience in E-Commerce Field.
Computer knowledge- MS Office, Email & Internet
