Roles and Responsibilities
Should be able to process payroll inputs received from the client.
Should be willing to learn new tasks and perform them regularly.
Should be willing to work in any shift.
Should be able to take up the MIS activities whenever required.
Should be able to handle escalations from the client and provide necessary response.
Should be receptive to feedback and improve accordingly Will be responsible to call employees and clients as per the requirements
Should be able to handle customer call and if required be able to call client or customer.
Prior experience in Payroll will be an added advantage ( preferably US / Canada payroll) Primary responsibility would be to work on client emails and process the pay data into the payroll system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate
1 years of experience in U.S/UK/Australian Payroll.
Willing to work in any shift/Night Shift
