Data analysis and interpretation
Need the ability to interpret data like assemble the information, develop findings, develop conclusions and develop recommendations.
Need to be able to work within the gray areas.
Attention to details- Must understand what the regulators are trying to accomplish with the regulation and also have the attention to detail to help them figure out how to implement it.
Need the ability to apply the facts of situations to the rules and regulations.
Decision making
Ability to choose the right action and customization required
Ability to make informed decisions (beyond structured setup ) in a timely manner with an understanding of the decision outcome
Communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have the ability to communicate at all levels in the organization from front-line staff to the Client.
Tools:
7QCs tools (Pareto, Fishbone, Checklist etc)
Location: Gurgaon
Shifts: 11:30 AM 9 PM (Can be evening shifts, as per the requirement)
