What is our requirement?


Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Hardcore Sales).

Qualification: Min HSC, Graduate Preferred.

Salary Range: Between 3.0 LPA to 7.0 LPA + Attractive incentives (9% of revenue) + Amazing

growth opportunities.



What is the Job Role?


  • Be responsible of achieving monthly targets through deals in Commercial Real Estate in Mumbai,
  • Thane and Navi Mumbai Region.
  • Responsible for attending clients/quality leads generated through the Digital marketing
  • platform, sell and purchase commercial properties/ buildings, including businesses, factories,
  • buildings, restaurants, apartments, office spaces, shops, showrooms, restaurants and co-working
  • spaces as per the buyer's requirements.
  • Be solely responsible for Understanding buyers need, helping them shortlist projects, taking them for
  • actual field visit, negotiating the best rates for both parties and finally completing all other
  • documents formalities with the help of involved parties.
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and
  • settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
  • Research commercial products across MMR (Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane), tie up with
  • concerned parties, providing necessary inputs for posting the properties online to Digital
  • Marketing team.
  • Conducting and taking active participation in exhibitions and promotions of our projects. Proper co-
  • ordination with team members and various departments.
  • Show property that will be utilised for strictly business purposes. Handling the commercial project &
  • attending meeting and business conferences with prospective clients. Site visit & Client meeting
  • would be part of his job.
  • Visit and show several sites and explain features of building.
  • Active participation in product launching and expansion of business.
  • Closing commercial real estate deals for lease outright in Mumbai, Thane and/or Navi Mumbai
  • Depending on your designated area.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Candidate should be aggressive in Sales.
  • Must be presentable.
  • Good/excellent experience in handling HNI Clients/Customers.
  • Should have a positive attitude & should be confident to accept new challenges.
  • Must own a bike/car with valid license & papers for the vehicle.
  • Should have a focused mind-set for Hardcore sales profile.
