About The Role

Performs processing of Trade transactions. You will closely work with other team members and with the Line of Business

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing new collections, payments, returned collections, trade acceptances, financing collections
• Processing of documentary and direct collections in accordance with Trade Service standards.
• Performing Letter of Credit function by processing one or more of the following: account reconcilement; issuing and advising of letters of credit and amendments; negotiating of L/C documents

• 0-2 year of trade services experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• University Degree in Commerce, Business or related discipline
• Flexible to work in night shifts
• Strong analytical skills
