Job Description
Greetings from BNY Mellon.
We are hiring for the position of Analyst, Client Reporting/Perf with BNY Mellon, Chennai Location.
Position Summary: Provides assistance in monitoring and collecting data on the performance of client portfolios. Fields questions about reporting systems and reports that are used and generated by clients. Conducts research on industry trends to understand key issues.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collects and analyzes data from client portfolios to monitor performance to provide clients with information required to make decisions regarding risk management, portfolio allocation, and performance as related to their peers.
- Develops technical expertise regarding product offerings in order to act as a resource to clients.
- Supports the maintenance of the online platform utilized by clients to generate reports on their portfolios and portfolio performance.
- Provides senior professionals with data gathered from client trades and concerns voiced by clients in order to improve client experience.
- Work closely with internal teams, external suppliers and other parties to provide a continuous high level of client service, with pro-active client dealings and prompt turnaround and tracking of queries and resolution of issues
- Actively maintain accurate client documentation and procedures
- Actively maintain accurate client information held in the GRS database
- Participate on project teams to support team initiatives, including User Acceptance Testing.
Skills:
- Strong understanding on investment banking domain and financial instruments.
- 3-4 years of industry experience and prior experience in post trade compliance monitor will be preferable.
- CFA (L1 or more) or equivalent financial certifications.
- Good analytical and research skill.
- Knowledge in SQL would be preferable.
- Bloomberg Terminal research.
- Shift timings: 3.00pm to 11.30pm.
