Work Location- Wipro Limited, Sholinganallur
Work Timing- 6.30pm to 4.30am ( US Night Shift, Five days work)
Job Profile
- Update HR systems i.e. create new hire records, maintain life cycle of an employee / Data Changes, Transfers, Terminations etc.
- Prepare employment certificates based on the nature of requests received
- Managing employee queries / Case Management Tool.
Job Summary:
- Handling up the assigned tasks from India/onshore locations are managed with in TAT timelines.
- To support employee from Onboarding to the entire cycle of employment till their off boarding.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of International Voice process
