Job Description

Currently we are looking for Middleware Engineer.

JD:

Mandatory Skills:. -

Expert level Middleware administration knowledge on WebSphere, Jboss and Apache.Ability to write custom Shell & wsadmin scripts. Ability to Periodical Fix Packs using IMCL templets command line and Apply Refresh Packs.Strong Experience on Webserver IBM HTTP Server, Apache, Tomcat.. -

Deploying the ear file on different environments via console/auto deploy scripts. - Experience in performing various Middleware product installations, migrations, and plugin installation.. - Ability to troubleshoot application-related problems both on console and server levels.

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Application Code Deployment automation and Adoption of DevSecOps tools.Technical feasibility study and Perform the POC test and results preparations.

Presence the Application teams Deployments and Bugs review and application rollouts.Preparing the RCA and share to business/applications.Periodical Fix Packs using IMCL templets command line and Apply Refresh Packs.

Strong Experience on Webserver IBM HTTP Server, Apache, Tomcat.

Enabling Security/SSL Certificate Configuration and renewals through Keytool and IKeyman tools.Deploying the ear file on different environments via console/auto deploy scripts.. Good experience on Shell and wsadmin. Configured various WebSphere and Weblogic Resources including JDBC providers, JDBC Data Sources, and Connection pools. Configuring Data Source depending on the Enterprise Application needs.Worked with backupConfig, restoreconfig commands for backup and restore the configuration of nodes and cell.Managing and Monitoring the JVM performance by Heap Size, garbage Collection.. Performing the smoke test to check the functionally and performance of the application.Involving into capacity planning and setting up of the new environments..

Project Phase Documentations and SOP /WBS preparations and review and updates.Provided support in a demanding 24x7 on-call support for applications running in Production Environment..

Research and utilize industry-standard methods and techniques.Communicate and share knowledge with internal and external contacts at all levels.. Manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines.Perform Linux Administration on troubleshooting for Middleware products.
