Job Location: Navsari, Gujarat
Manager - QC (Solid Oral & Liquid Oral)
Job Profile:
- To implement good laboratory practice.
- Preparation and updating of specification and standard test procedure for raw material, packaging material, water sample, in process sample, process validation samples, equipment cleaning sample, finished product sample and stability samples.
- To carry out testing of raw material, packaging material, water sample, in process sample, validation samples, equipment cleaning sample, finished product sample and stability samples as per standard specification.
- Preparation and updating of SOPs.
- Preparation of specification and releasing raw material sample, packaging material sample, in process sample and finished product sample on ERP.
- Reviewing and approval all QC. Analytical protocol and reports.
- Allocating work to all QC staff according to priorities.
- Review pharmacopeia and guidelines to implement quality system accordingly.
- Arrangement of equipment, chemical, glassware as per the requirement.
- Qualification and training of chemist.
- Arrange to carry out equipment maintenance and calibration as per calibration schedule.
- To investigate OOS and OOT results.
- To monitor handing of reference standard and working standard.
- To carry out analytical method validation and analytical product development.
Desired Profile:
- B.Sc / M.Sc with 10 to 15 yrs of experience in Quality Control department in Pharma formulation Company.
- Preference would be given to candidates who are staying nearby Navsari, Surat, Bilimore, Valsad, Vapi, Daman, Silvassa, Nagarvel Havelli etc.
- Should have a strong command over written and verbal communication in English
