EXECUTIVE /COORDINATOR - ( TENDERING ) : THANE 

Experience:  Around 3 to 5 +  years of experience in sales /Service coordination, purchased order, invoicing, online tendering, e Tenderng, GEM PORTAL, with Tender Documentation, preferably Analytical instrument, Laboratory, Biotech, Engineering eqpts,capital equipments, Machinery etc..

Minimum Academics  : Graduate, BCom /B.Sc/  MSc / Diploma/any Engg.

Job profile :    As a TENDERING PROCESS EXECUTIVE   on Analytical Instruments field, You will be taking care of Tender Documentation,Tender Uploading, for all Government Public  & Private Portals specifically, BARC, DAE, units, IOCL, MECON, MSTCE etc...

You should be having Good knowledge of GEM Portal, (Government e marketplace ) which is a Government portal for e procurement. procedures like Company registration at GeM portal, catalogue / product creation, Category creation, BID/RA participation, order processing, invoice creation, Transaction fees, Creation of incidence, closing deals.

Salary and benefits will be excellent as per market standards.

5 day week office.
