Job Description
Collaborate with the Process Engineering Managers and leaders in driving and implementing technical solutions for various groups within BPM. Resource would do this in conjunction with Scrum Masters, Developers, QAs etc. aligned to EBPM and Technology teams. This individual contributor TM will work closely with Technology partners and EBPM leaders to ensure successful development and delivery of the projects. Responsibilities

• Provide technical and analytical support on various Practice Change Requests
• Use data and statistical analysis to provide direction and support for project decisions
• Define and document functional, nonfunctional requirements to meet the business requirements.
• Understand the fundamental concepts of business process mapping and process modelling to provide direction and technical support during the roll out of key Process definition requirements.
• Consolidate data from various sources to formulate recommendations and compose briefings suitable for presenting to senior management
• Maintain daily/ weekly project and program reporting, which may include tickets on Kanban and Scrum boards
• Report all measures and metrics are captured on agreed frequencies in time to all appropriate stakeholders. Use data visualization techniques to make the reports help leaders take actionable improvements
• Attend various Agile ceremonies and other Group BPM meetings
• Identify and communicate on project obstacles, developing workarounds and solutions with the team
• Ensure Change requests are addressed and delivered within key milestones
