Applications invited for JRF position at AIPH - 09-03-2021 - Adv/AUUP/HR/21/083 Advertisement Date: 09/03/2021 Adv/AUUP/HR/21/083 Amity Institute of Public Health Invites Applications for Junior Research Fellow Applications are invited from highly motivated and bright candidates for the following assignment on a time-bound research project undertaken in the Amity Institute of Public Health, Amity University, Noida . N ame of Posts Junior Research Fellow Number of posts 01 (One) Name of the Research Project Smart regulation of antibiotic use in India: understanding, innovating and improving compliance . Name of sponsoring agency DBT under the Newton - Bhabha Fund, an India-UK initiative on Antimicrobial Resistance Duration of the position Initially One year (extendable to two years based on performance) Fellowship / Monthly compensation Rs.31,000/- + HRA Essential qualifications Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science or Graduate/Post Graduate degree in professional course selected through a process described through any one of the following: Scholars who are selected through the National Eligibility Test -CSIR-UGC Net including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies and institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc., ISER, etc At least one research paper in Science Cited Indexed (SCI) journal. Skills: excellent scientific writing, clear communication skills, proficient in using Microsoft Office and data analysis software Desirable The ideal candidate is desired to have: Have prior experience (1-2 years) with data analysis and research writing. Experience in antimicrobial resistance/antibiotic use/health care delivery/research and working in multi stakeholder project. Be proficient with MS office (word & excel). Age As per DBT-ICMR norms General Conditions Appointment is purely temporary and will terminate automatically without any notice or compensation on termination of the research project.
