Inviting applications for the role of Lead Associate: Enterprise backup/recovery operations
Responsibilities:- Meet all contractual metrics such as SLAs, Project work, Reporting etc.
- Provide End user and Infrastructure Management Proficiency leadership and Manage Daily work, issues and resolutions, Act as a point of escalation and resolution
- Drive best in service delivery practices such as RCA and corrective actions, continuous improvement and project / operations efficiency
- Excellent people management ability including Talent Management, Career planning, Retention, Skill building etc. working along with support teams
- Implementation of efficient processes, quality initiatives, adoptions of the best methods and achieve continuous improvements in proficiency.
Backup Tools: NetBackup
Enterprise backup/recovery operations
Supporting backup/recovery of various platforms including UNIX (Solaris/Linux), VMware, Hyper-V, SQL Server, SharePoint, Windows, and Oracle Database using RMAN
Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving backup/recovery issues in a timely manner
Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining backup/recovery software and hardware so that it complies with specified security guidelines
Qualifications we seek in you
Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred qualifications- Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
