Inviting applications for the role ofSenior Manager, Business Infosec Assurance
This role will serve as the main point of contact and provide information security and privacy related leadership direction to building client trust through discussions, security assessments, client responses and other means for all client transitions at all global Genpact businesses.
- Responsibilities
- Key enabler / partner of the businesses in the region from an information security and privacy perspective.
- Coordinating, assisting or leading global Information Security requirements and regional privacy requirements and helping the maturity journey
- Ensuring alignment of regional information security and privacy requirements with that of global and ensuring relevant cybersecurity and privacy laws are factored in
- Represent Genpact InfoSec and privacy during customer assessments/ audits and similar activities and address audit requirements as applicable (includes coordinating with all applicable teams and partners)
- Develop and implement periodic security assessment framework as per client s contractual requirements and Genpact s Infosec policies. Present such assessments to Genpact leadership and Client teams as required.
- Supporting the required certifications such as for ISO 27001 or PCI
- Look for continual improvement in the client account, region and in the global context
- Research and comment on regulations and changes in business or industry environment in the region
- Help build and spread security culture among all functions as per People Culture plan or as might be relevant for the client/ business vertical/ region
- Reviewing Master Service agreements, SOWs, DTA s and other contractual documents. Also reviewing IT architecture/Solutions proposed / implemented for a client and identify inherent risks in the proposed IT solutions and suggest appropriate safeguards.
Minimum qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor s degree (or equivalent);
- Relevant work experience of information security experience, with a very good technical background and significant client solution, security architecture experience
- Security certifications like CISSP, CCSP, CISA / CISM or equivalent are an added advantage
- Should have familiarity with security standards, and should have experience with ISO 27001/2, PCI DSS, SSAE16, NIST/FedRAMP, GDPR etc.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (threats, vulnerabilities, risk, confidentiality, integrity, availability, cryptography, network/application security, web security, etc.)
- Confirmed Project Management skills planning, execution, supervising progress
- Sound knowledge of Risk management with an ability to talk to process owners, identify potential risks within interpersonal context, and work with partners in recommending and implementing mitigating controls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior partners as well as other functions across a global organization
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with client partners in communicating and understanding specific requirements. Be the primary Client Security Officer for key clients.
- Ability to make an impact, influence and achieve results with effective negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
- Great facilitation skills with an ability to respond to immediate and urgent requests while prioritizing conflicting priorities. Should be able to work in high stress environment when required
