Hi All,

We are hiring for Assistant Manager role.

5.5 days working

Work location - Gurgaon Udyog vihar phase 5.

Training for 1 month from office

Pick up cab facility will be provided.

Worked as Team lead

Have experience for international process

Have good communication skills.

Candidate should be comfortable working in night shift

Candidate who can join immediately are preferred

Required skill set :

1-Team Handling

2-Managing process SLA and KPIs

3-Taking care of process adherence, quality and training of the team.

3-Handling client calls

4-Preparing team reports
