Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, PMO Lead
In this role, you would be responsible for
- Work with leadership and closely track RFP s, sales pipelines and revenue updates for the business
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue forecast & OP Plan.
- Responsible for getting monthly project billing completed and share the invoices with customer
- Analyze monthly revenue, cost and profit margins, to ensure healthy project financial hygiene. Investigate project variances and submit variance and project profitability reports to management
- Manage customer portal for SOW setup, milestone setup, invoice uploads, payment tracking & resource allocation updates
- Prepare presentations for monthly and quarterly reviews with the leadership; weekly status calls with Project/Program Managers; SLA/KPI Dashboard
- Set up deals/projects in the internal project tool; project pricing, effort estimation, milestone and PID setup
- Legal documents management Creating Project SOW s and CR s; getting documents legally verified and signed; Creating and maintaining project artifacts, archives and tool sets
- Keep a close tab on project milestones and follow-up with project managers / leadership for updates, changes, variances
- Responsible for Onboarding/Off-boarding, Planning and Allocation of resources
- Vendor management and payment approvals
- Manage day to day activities and issues to assure flawless execution of projects
- Review projects and changes for existing IT controls and other legal compliance processes and make sure all are adhered to
- Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to assess the compliance of the business
Minimum qualifications
- B.Com/MBA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of financial basics
- Good experience as a PMO/financial coordinator
- The ability to communicate, friendly and cultural behavior during customer contact.
- Multitasking and ability to work cross-functionally
- Good command over excel creating pivot, use of formulas, etc.
- Hands on experience of managing portals like FieldGlass, Pinnacle, Oracle, etc.
