Job Description
The candidate will work as a Quality analyst with the control testing team, as well as various other analytics risk team. This position is passionate about delivering analytical and strategic solutions to support the banks Market Risk processes and reporting. The individual will be part of an Agile team working closely with team members in India and US/Canada. The role will require the candidate to perform development and provide system support as required by the project. The individual would have the opportunity to re-architect, re-design and re-engineer process to meet the customer requirements.
Role and Responsibilities:- Control Testing
- Testing deals with compliant to policies and procedures
- Overall responsibility for maintaining Quality and timelines of process delivery
- Over time, gain understanding of Control Testing Function including upstream and downstream implications and become a SME in QA
- In-depth interpretation of instructions related to reports & come out with logical recommendations and to work on streamlining tasks to improve efficiency in new processes or process improvements in the existing activities Qualifications
- Intra process communication and standard methodologies sharing
- Take responsibility for providing and maintaining internal process metrics and tracking key deliverables.
- Update SOPs as and when required
- Preparation of dashboard and report the Key Highlights to the partners.
- Carry out Adhoc projects as and when it needed
- Should have a Bachelor s degree or higher
- Candidate should have good knowledge of basic finance concepts
- Should be ready to work in Night shift.
- Good communication skills-written and oral
- Basic Knowledge on Excel, Power point, Word
