Job Description
PA, Secondary research,- We are looking for an analyst who would be a key member of the Media Monitoring team and help in creating executive synopsis on key news items of interest to the client from print, online, social and broadcast media and tagging.
- Ability to quickly sift through vast amount of media information daily look for news items and articles as directed by the employer
- Secondary research for preparation of executive synopsis on key news items of interest to the client from print, online and broadcast media and tagging
- Social Media listening listening reports creation for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly and analysis
- Generation of media monitoring reports, event/conference/crisis monitoring, real-time alerts, Social Media monitoring, Competitive Intelligence and Media auditing
- Excellent secondary research skills formulation of search terms/strings to fetch the right data from various news aggregators, media sources and World Wide Web
- Exposure to news aggregation tools like Factiva, Cision, LexisNexis, Meltwater, Crimson Hexagon, Social Studio etc.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written. Ability to deal with the Communications Team/Professionals of PR Agencies/Corporates via tele-calls and emails
- 5 days a week work schedule willingness to work in different time shifts
- Master s/Equivalent
- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
- Excellent communication skills
