Channel: Banca Channel (Respectively Bank)
CTC : 2.60 LPA to 3.20 LPA + incentive + 40k Performance bones ( Fix Package __ No Negotiable )
Designation: Sr. Corporate Agency manager

The Job Role and Responsibilities
- 100 % lead will be provided
2. Educate the Customer about the product
3. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
4. To close the leads provided by Company
5. Lead Generate/ Lead Close - Need to seat in respectively bank and handle walking customer
Required Candidate profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Able to do field work
- Proficiency in native language or English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Ability to manage a team, keep it motivated
- Result orientation
- Ability to spot and utilize opportunities
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Eligibility criteria
Age: 25 years to 35 years
Education: graduation completed
Location: respectively as per job location candidate
Experience: more than 2 years any insurance sales experience
