Job Description
We have opening for Sales & Customer Support Manager in Bangalore (Indiranagar).
Industry: - Healthcare Industry.
Location: - Bangalore (Indiranagar).
Salary:- Upto 8lakh (Depends on Interview & Experience)
Experience:- 7 years of relevant sales experience including Sales & Customer management functions and a track record of exceeding quota.
Responsibilities:-
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
- Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales team.
- Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals.
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing.
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
- Provide superior customer support by identifying issues, devising solutions, and accepting ownership to a successful closure.
- Lead, manage and direct the all customer service activities.
- Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements for Sales department.
- Responsible for order entry, answering Customer Service phones, message management, and data entry in CRM and performing all Customer Service activities as needed.
- Oversee, qualify, and manage inbound leads. Sales inquiries and other marketing-generated leads come from a variety of sources that need to be regularly monitor (i.e. email boxes, phone inquiries, social media, web forms, event marketing, etc.)
- Manage Customer Service efforts to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner. Ensure effective procedures are in place to resolve customer issues.
- Organize sales and marketing events and ensure all specific details are completed.
Skills and Qualifications:-
- 7 years of relevant sales experience including Sales & Customer management functions and a track record of exceeding quota.
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
