Education and Qualifications : Any graduate with relevant experience and eagerness/flexibility to learn.
Work Experience :
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer engagement/service, Telecom Process, International Voice process, Technical support Voice process, International Bpo.
Ability and Willingness to work from office location
Flexibility to work on rotational shifts and week offs (24 x 7).
Technical / Professional Skills :
An Experience of having worked on FSM (Field Service Management) tools will be a good to have; GPS based field allocation tools
Basic knowledge of using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools .
Good in knowledge in Technical
Soft Skills :
Excellent ability to handle pressure, teamwork, and agility to switch between various tasks
Good Team Player
Good Communication Skills - English.
Ability to individually solve problems, quick decision making and identify practical actions to resolve issues
Flexible to adapt processes and system rules to drive business outcomes
Ability to handle tough technicians and customers.
Salary- CTC 25000/ Month + Others.
Shift: 5 days working days and 2 days rotational week off.
Rotational shift.
Company provide you Both side cab facility.
Only Mumbai Mumbai location candidate can apply.
