Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business/Management/Similar Field
5 8 years of PMO experience ideally from Management / Technology consulting company with cross-functional projects experience
Experience in ITIL Incident Management
Involvement in Project Management related activities
Experience in MIS Reporting
Excellent skills in PowerPoint Presentations
Magnificent skills in Documentation and SOP creation (Standard Operation Procedure)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio)
Exposure to tools like BMC Remedy, Salesforce, Service Now, etc.,
Exceptional communication (Verbal & Written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to Multi-task and work independently
