Job Description

AES is an Engineering Services company, helping our clients by applying advanced simulation-driven product design & development solutions across various domains such as Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Heavy engineering, Medical, plastics, and any product development industry.
We own a range of products, that are technology-driven, IoT-based Smart home products and healthcare devices.
As a business development executive, you will identify new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
You are required to work with a specific focus on both:
B2B (Business to Business)
B2C (Business to Consumer)

Mandatory Requirements:
Good communication, presentation skills, Knowledge of CAD/ CAM/ CAE industries, Product development industries & Sales.

Desired Skills and Experience:
15+ years of experience in Marketing & sales, business development, customer relations, advertising, presentation skills, CAD, CAE, CAM, mechanical design, automotive, engineering, heavy engineering, engineering services.
Candidate must be passionate with experience in CAD, CAE, CAM, or related fields.
Candidate must be willing to learn new technologies in CAD/CAE, design to manufacturing, and willing to travel in assigned territory.
Candidate must be ready to travel within and outside India for business development.
Candidate should have knowledge of the local industrial area.
Job Involves making sales calls to prospective customers, identifying requirements, arranging for demos/ benchmarks, and closing the deal.
Should be able to manage the sales activities to achieve targets.
Prospect, develop, up-sell, cross-sell and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Support in conducting various events and customer meetings.
Identify and get new customers in the territory through effective new business development.
Expertise in conducting Sales and Marketing campaigns on various platforms.
Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing: SEO, SMM, SMO, etc, would be added advantage.

Role:
Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions;
Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements;
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;
Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required;
Arranging and carrying out product training;
Analysing costs and sales;
Preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records;
Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events;
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
Helping in the design of custom-made products;
Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
Keep prospective client database updated
Make cold calls for new business leads and lead generation
Support in preparing business proposals
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company

Qualification: BE / M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) with MBA
