The Job

In this role, you will be undertaking night shifts and be responsible for :

Handling inbound communication via various means in a professional manner.
Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
Escalating customer feedback as required.

The Profile

You have at least a diploma/degree in any field.
You ideally have experience within a Customer Service role. This role is open to freshers as well.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
