Work Experience: 3- 7 years
Job Location: Pune
Education
Essential: Graduate in any discipline or above
Preferred: Interaction Design/UI Design/Product Design from an institute of repute. UX design certification from a reputed institute like HFI
Skills
Primary Skills: UX Design, UX Assessment, UX Strategy
Alternate Skills (if applicable): UX research, Benchmarking, High level design, Information Architecture, Web (Enterprise or Consumer) Mobile and Tablet design, Wireframing, Card sorting, Heuristics evaluation, Usability testing
Optional Skills: Visual Design
Soft Skills: Collaborator
Primary Tools: Sketch and Axure
Secondary Tools (if applicable): Marvel / Invision / Photoshop / HTML
Primary Skills: UX Design, UX Assessment, UX Strategy

Your portfolio full of consistently great work across different screens, be it mobile, tablet or desktop. You work on projects, using your conceptual expertise and your technical knowledge to help shape product strategy.
Be the voice of UX in project teams, explaining your design rationale to team members, team lead, service owners, stakeholders, developers and product managers
