Manager/Senior Manager Valuer @ Colliers

Job Description

• Prepares valuation reports (ocular inspection, research, data analysis, report preparation)
• Creates new accounts and manages existing ones
• Participate in valuation and other company projects, as needed

• Graduate of mechanical engineering course
• Proficient in MS Office applications particularly in Word / Excel / Powerpoint.
• At least 3 (Senior Valuer), 5 (Manager), or 10 (Senior Manager) years relevant industry experience is required
• Good command of both written & spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure with client interactions
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• Licensed Real Estate Appraiser is an advantage
• Experience in business development and client management is an advantage
