Knowledge of Linux & Docker
DevOps Tools , CICD Pipeline As a code (Sonarqube, Nexus, Clair , Jenkins, Gitlab CI)
Cloud operations (preferably Azure)
Good to Have
Kubernetes/ Openshift

Support Skills
Must be a fast problem solver with good debugging skills, ability to find the root cause and find solution.
Ability to communicate to various teams to find out the next level solution.

Responsibilities: Will be resolving queries of users related to platform, infrastructure and services used by the projects.
       Tickets resolution
       Answering use queries on Yammer
       Daily stand-up with Support team
       Global topics like migration, decommissioning
       Reporting
       Documentation creation and review
       Incident management
       Change Request Management
       Explore AI tools Botify /Smartify  to improve service
