Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of MT, Blue Prism Developer
In this role, you will be a part of the core development team and drive building the automations using Blue Prism. Need to understand the process followed by operation and all the business requirements and drive building the bots.
Responsibilities
Participate in resolving effort estimates for the build based on either the scope or the detailed requirements of the project. Work with PM and/or Solution Architect in identifying the best possible approach and design for building the solution.
Good understanding of business requirements along with technical details
Triage/debug issues (Data, Code, Performance, Security, etc.), identify root cause and corrective actions
To analyze business requirements for developing functional and non-functional system requirements.
Ensure delivery of projects within timelines and budget
Peer review of code developed by other developers to make sure all the coding standards and best practices were followed.
Following best practices for code development, reviews, and releases
Ability to provide quick resolution for issues in hyper care after go-live
Resolve any challenges/issues in accurate and timely fashion.
Stay up to date with new tools and strategies
Performing Proof of Concepts for feasibility analysis for the proposed automated solution
Co-ordinate and deliver training for test users during UAT and provide timely resolution for any of the issues found during UAT
Good written and verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem-solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor s degree in a technical field such as engineering, mathematics, computer science or other relevant technical degree; or equivalent work experience
RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience using Blue Prism
Preferred qualifications
Experience in programming languages, Database SQL/Query language, Scripting languages such as VBA and Python preferred
Understand IT setup and administration of used platform product
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute in a team environment while developing client relationships
