Are you the one we are looking for
Inviting applications for the role of PD, Immigration Specialist
Responsible for helping individuals who are relocating internationally
Ensure Client avoids any legal issues that may occur in relation to their relocation by assisting them to acquire visas
Assist and provide appropriate response to all immigration questions
Handle work permits and prepare all Visa documents such as H1-B (all types), L1-B (all types) and other Visa related letters and documentations
Co-ordinate with Employees, Manager, US HR and attorneys on all Visa cases
Experience in interacting/Co-coordinating with team members, clients and third parties
Research and resolve discrepancies if any
Excellent interpersonal skills
Prior exposure in handling customers/clients/third parties over the phone
Ready to work in the night shift
Partner with teams to meet deliverables
Expected to be focused on processing requests, based on TAT and maintain accuracy
Extensive knowledge and experience in processing Green Card Application, H1B Visa, L1 Visa and TN Visa
Coordinating with client employees and attorney etc. as an immigration specialist
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
B. Com/M.Com/MBA
Substantial experience as Immigration Specialist
Preferred qualifications
Good Written/Verbal Communication
Good in MS Excel Knowledge
Client/Partner Management experience
Quality Lean/Process Improvement knowledge
