Lead Consultant- Email Ops Salesforce (Pardot)
In this role, you will be responsible to build and deploy automation campaigns and landing pages using Salesforce Pardot.
You will work as a front-end architect of large-scale responsive builds in HTML/CSS, contribute to create strategic email campaigns using Pardot.

Your role will be to Analyse and understanding the business requirement on Email Marketing and strategies, Create and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of campaigns for the end users.
Analyzing and understanding the business requirement on Email Marketing and strategies
Demonstrate mastery of Pardot core principles including general administration, lead scoring, syncing with Salesforce, email marketing, Engagement Studio and landing page/form design.
Create and update digital content including assets such as landing pages and emails in Pardot using templates.
Implement needed changes to landing page and email content to ensure it meets brand and compliance standards.
Develop digital marketing assets. Activities may include email and landing page design, lead capture form creation, building engagement programs, email, and newsletter templates with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Utilize core marketing technologies and platforms including but not limited to Pardot, Salesforce and Analytics and execute B2B email marketing campaigns.
Database cleanliness, effective lead scoring, bidirectional sync with CRM, and campaign execution
Assist in analysis, testing and reporting on marketing data (conversion rates, traffic, campaign results, A/B testing) to consult on future demand generation strategies.
Provide guidance and consulting on advanced email marketing tactics including dynamic content, personalization strings, and A/B testing
Extracting and reporting the campaign performances
Assist with other marketing automation duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree or an equivalent
Preferred qualifications:
Good experience in Digital Marketing technologies (Email Marketing) and Campaign Management.
Experience in Salesforce Pardot is desired with certification in Pardot
Experience in developing, testing, and executing end-to-end Marketing Automation campaigns and flows, including analytics.
Been a part of at least one large Pardot implementation project.
Understanding of B2B campaign management; Experience in designing custom integrations into backend data platforms and the CRM
Knowledge of testing/email, compliance and security, basics of Email Deliverability
Familiarity with scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications and digital media.
In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive demeanor. A very Good teammate with an experience of working in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Collaborate efficiently with multi-cultural, dispersed and multi-party teams & working within a matrix structure to harness capabilities of the team and build a winning proposal.
