Job Description
BA,Advanced analytics- In this role, the resource will be responsible for rapid simulation and understanding of existing applications and technical environment, to convert business requirements into detailed functional requirements and build a solution framework.

- Build sophisticated and large-scale datasets to be used for statistical modeling, data mining and visualization.
- Develop ETL pipelines to move data from source systems (CRM, weblogs, etc.) into data lake (HDFS, S3 etc.).
- Perform data manipulation, wrangling, cleansing
- Identify potential improvements and make both tactical and strategic changes to the current design/processes.
- Participate in multiple project discussions as a senior member of the team while taking responsibility and ownership of components/processes within the team.
- Serve as a coach/mentor for junior analysts.
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent
- experience involving quantitative data analysis to solve problems
- Hands on python development experience is a must
- Specialist in SQL & other programming languages
- Expert with statistical software (R/Stata/SAS/Matlab)
- Must have exposure to working on visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience with Tableau
- Experience with Hadoop (Pig, Scalding)
- Strategy consulting experience
