We are inviting applications for the role of Lead Associate/Consultant, ServiceNow Developer
Responsibilities- IT experience in ITSM space experience in Develop, Design ServiceNow solutions ITSM modules (IPC, Knowledge, CMDB) and Service Portal.
- Coding experience in ServiceNow scripting / JavaScript / REST / Web-services / Angular JS / Script Includes
- Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus.
- Review Business Requirements / SRS & Develop solution as per requirements.
- Liaise with BA / TA for requirements related questions.
- Perform Unit testing, Fix defects identified in Unit testing.
- Administration / Configuration / Development of Service Requests.
- Exposure on UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.
- Using ACLs for controlling the security mechanism in ServiceNow.
- Understanding and debugging of system logs.
- Experience in Production support tasks.
- Experience in ServiceNow Application maintenance including version upgrades.
Qualifications We Seek In You
Minimum qualifications- BE/B Tech/ MCA/BCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior working experience with ServiceNow (Mandatory)
- ITIL V3/V4 Foundation Certified & ServiceNow Admin Preferred.
- Good management, analytic, problem solving & interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, Positive outlook & result oriented.
- Good knowledge of available IT systems/tools and always keep up to date with new developments within the IT industry.
