Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Business Analyst (Risk)
In this role you have to engage with various groups within the firm to deliver their business requirements while ensuring that these and the delivery align to the various strategic initiatives currently underway. In addition to driving business requirements there are also a number of other initiatives linked to this project that will need to be undertaken.
Responsibilities
- Preparing Project Status Update presentations, stakeholder management and conducting status update calls.
- To analyze data and present it to management and other stakeholders in a meaningful way
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- MBA Finance/ CFA Level 1/ FRM
Preferred qualifications
- Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of capital market products and derivatives across asset classes
- Relevant knowledge and experience in Market Risk (Interest Rate risk, Equity price risk, Exchange rate risk, Commodity price risk) and/or Credit Risk
- Experience of working in change projects, preferably as a BA
- Knowledge of BCBS239, Basel standards, FRTB will be a plus point
- Technical Skillset
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic to intermediate level of SQL knowledge is essential.
- Proficiency in Python, Power BI, Alteryx and other data analytics tools will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of credit risk & market risk models is required; FRM certification preferred; Prior experience in risk project preferred
