Job Description

At least 3-4 years of working experience on IT / software field
Working knowledge in Application support / maintenance is must
Should have work experience of BAU operations (in production environment) for any Telecom operator preferably for broadband operations.
Good knowledge of SQL & PL-SQL
Basic knowledge of Unix commands
Good communication skills
Should be ready to work in shift operations
