Job Description

1.Working experience on Quality Tools (RCA, CAPA, Pareto Analysis, Control Charts etc.)
2.Experience on Quality process implementation at org level.
3. Experience on conducting basic data analysis.(Trend Analysis, charts & graphs, metric baselining etc.)
4.Experience on ISO certification for Quality Management
5.Experience on CMMI V1.3 for level 4 and 5.
6.Experience in conducting Internal Audits for the organization basis QMS.

7. Six sigma green belt certified ( Preferred )
8.Knowledge on Agile, waterfall and Support methodologies.

9. Proven experience as Quality Assurance in IT & ITES Industry ( Preferred )
10. Conscientious and responsible
11. A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
12. Outstanding communication skills
