Sourcing and first-level evaluation of candidates for all Technology Hiring
Manage focused hiring drives
Sourcer with strong Screening, Sourcing &Head hunting with 1-3 yrs. of experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring requirements.
Manage Interview schedules.
Strong understanding of various job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn & IIM Jobs.
Look for referrals from internal and external Networks
Utilize Social networking platforms for closing Niche positions
Update Various candidate databases.
Should be flexible to work on weekends, support walk-ins
