Job Description
Good knowledge of Real Estate business in the pre-sale and post sale department.
Maintaining accurate reports on inventory.
GST return and TDS return.
Responsible for all banking related services.
Track incoming and outgoing payments.
Preparing invoices and billing.
Maintain and update Booking Account and Tally
Receive the bills, scrutinize the bills, preparation of cheque.
Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
Good knowledge of Statutory Compliance.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and department.
