Job Description

Plan sales and marketing strategy for each and all projects.
Develop the network and engage with various stakeholders & promote sales.
Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions.
Being abreast of the developments in the residential real estate sector.
Understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics on the sector.
Hire, motivate, coach and manage the sales team.
Sell residential properties in the market & generate revenue.
Responsible for the P&L and cash flow of the projects.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market
conditions, prices
Understand the business model & get new mandates for the company.
Manage daily sales and operations tasks and activities.
Get new projects in the portfolio that fits into the business model.
Job requirement:-
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Good at planning & execution in sales & operations.
* Flexible to travel frequently.
* Well-versed with geography.
* Closely work with management.
* Managing and mentoring team.
* Result & achievement-oriented.
* Ability to work in fast-paced aggressive culture.
* Should have worked in a start-up.
