Role: Trainer

Division to be trained: Sales (Functional training)
Participants: Sales leaders with 15+ exp in the Insurance domain
Location: Mumbai
Trainer Specification:
1. The trainer needs to be a veteran in the Health Insurance domain.
2. The trainer needs to have worked in the capacity of a Business Head.
We are looking to empanel a trainer who has a good understanding of the following aspects:
1. Understanding P&L
2. Understanding the various levers in Health Insurance
3. Understanding how the various levers affect the various channels
In addition to the above, the trainer should be able to create content as well.
