Job Description
COUNSELLING- Must be Responsible for the entire student admission cycle: own lead generation, prospecting, follow-ups, counselling, admission, orientation, support, retention, and productive output.
- Must be Responsible for contacting the students from the database and convert the lead to a prospective applicant.
- Leads to be counselled and achieve at least 80% conversion.
- Help the students with admission requirements for overseas universities as per their eligibility and their necessity.
- Interact with students, parents & professionals in person and assist them with overseas university admissions.
- Follow up with students via emails and phone calls.
- Respond to student queries in 24 working hours.
- Follow Systems processes and procedures as per the set criterion.
- Drive new customer growth.
- Generate leads and close in sales.
- Innovate and improve our sales process.
- Keep abreast with recent trends in digital technology.
- Write and refine outbound email campaigns, cold calling & LinkedIn/in-person outreach.
- Maintain a CRM & Sales Pipeline in our software system.
- Attend regular meetings to update the team on Sales.
- The primary point of contact between the client and the broader agency team until the sale is closed.
- Proactively build relationships with clients.
- To effectively use time management and communication skills.
- Self-driven, enthusiastic and, with superb people skills.
